GNCutter32 is a Windows - based library written on C# for Microsoft .NET Framework and hence can run on different platforms such as regular PCs (Windows 2000, XP, Vista), CNC routers (Windows CE 4.x, Windows XP) or even on handheld devices and smartphones (Windows Mobile 2003, Windows Mobile 5.0).
