Weld data logging made easier
To simplify weld mapping it is important to use equipment with easy to use data logging systems that allow true non-modifiable log files, to be identified and stored for archiving.
To simplify weld mapping it is important to use equipment with easy to use data logging systems Orbimatic's Orbimat C range of orbital welding power supplies allows Full Weld Log Files to be stored and transferred with ease
The ORB1000 oxygen monitor can also be interfaced to the ORBIMAT C range of power supplies and this ensure the internal purge is pure before allowing the weld cycle to commence.
A unique comment and weld number can be created for each weld carried out, making identification of every weld on the system easy for future reference.
True Log Files, which are non-modifiable and record all deviations, can be easily stored to a suitable media for archiving.
From these log files a Microsoft Word or Separated Text report can be created and the click of an icon.
