Orbital welding broadens SS fittings

The acquisition of an oribital welding system has further strengthened the supply of bespoke high purity stainless steel fittings and systems for the process industry.

Orbital welding system produces clean welds
Orbital welding system allows fabricator to produce pipe work up to 6in in diameter with consistently clean welds and can also accommodates all popular types of valves and fittings.
Axium Process are now in a position to offer custom fittings of systems from 0.5in to 6in outside diameter using this system, the procedure can then be stored in the machines internal memory of to smart media card which allows jobs to be very quickly re-produced at a later date.
They can also use a range of other automated equipment to produce components up to 300mm in diameter.
The Orbimatic system can produce true data log files which will include exact deviations for each welded joint on the fitting, giving the customer confidence in the quality of the product supplied.
