Orbimatic has appointed Steve Purnell as their General Manager for the UK and Ireland, following the recent expansion of the UK Office.
Orbimatic has appointed Steve Purnell as their General Manager for the UK and Ireland, following the recent expansion of the UK Office.
Steve will help strengthen the operation in the UK by providing technical and commercial support to the sales force.
In addition a structured training program will be introduced to allow for the training of operators and maintenance personnel.
Steve started his career as an apprentice in Portsmouth Naval Base and went on to expand his practical experience in some local engineering companies.
He is a fully qualified welding engineer and is a register Licentiate of City and Guild Institute.
Having spent the last 10 years involved in the sales of Welding Equipment with Manufacturers and Distributors Steve has gained an extensive experience.
This experience gives him a firm understanding of what the customer needs and has based his philosophy around the customers needs.
A strong sales and marketing campaign will now also follow in the coming months to bring details of the Orbimatic range to the attention of those who may have an interest in the products.
