Versatile pipe/tube welding system joins elbows
Tube and pipe welding station incorporates a tube/pipe clamp on a slide and also rotates to allow 45deg and 90deg elbows to be welded to tube lengths.
The clamp also rotates to allow 45deg and 90deg elbows to be welded to tube lengths.
The ' Tiger ' head stock uses an internal purging and clamping mechanisim which allows tube to be welded to fittings or even allows fittings to be welded to elbows.
As well as clamping the the tube and fitting the internal clamping system will also remove any slight ovality from the tube and produce a perfect joint fit-up.
The head stock can also be fitted with studs when producing tube with bolted flanges to give pefect alignment of bolt holes to make fitting easy on site.
The 'Tiger' Welding Station makes it easy for a single operator to handle 6 meter lengths of tube or pipe during the welding operation.
When connected to an Orbimat C orbital welding power supply you have the ideal welding station.
