Tube end preparation equipment produces a perfectly square and burr free tube end preparation, which is essential when using the orbital welding process.
Orbimatic the manufacturer of high quality orbital TIG welding equipment will be previewing the RPG Range of Tube End Preparation equipment at Weldex 2003 in November.
The RPG Range of equipment is used to produce a perfectly square and burr free tube end preparation which is essential when using the orbital welding process.
The RPG range consists of two models covering tube diameters up to 4.5in (114.3mm) OD and are supplied with variable speed motors to give precise control of the cutting speed.
For accurate material removal the cutting blade feed mechanism has micrometer control.
This allows the operator to easily produce close tolerance parts ready for welding.
Both models will be on display at Weldex 2003 which is to be held at the NEC, Birmingham from 11-14 November 2003.
