Software keeps track of pipe welds
The OrbiLog Software package has been designed to allow QA/QC engineers to easily keep a track of welds that have been performed during the installation of stainless steel process pipe lines.

Arc voltage control module made for orbital welds
Orbital welding power supply can now be supplied with an arc voltage control module, which allows the unit to be used with the a new tube to tubesheet weld head.
Included in the kit is a PCMCIA to Smart Media converted which is inserted in to the Orbimat C power supply (this is then left in the machine), an 8MB smart media card which is enough to hold around 2000 weld data logs, a Flash Path Floppy Disk Adaptor to allow transfer to any PC with a floppy drive, Orbimat simulation software and Log File Conversion Software.
The soft ware is very simple to install on any PC and when set up an icon can be placed on the computers desktop which will convert the Log Files to a Microsoft Word and Delimited Text format.
