The Orbital Welding Parameter Calculator uses Microsoft Excel as a base and will give parameters for tube welding with wall thicknesses up to 4mm and needs only the tube outside diameter and wall thickness to be entered.
The operator can choose between the use of a synchronised or continuous pulsing pattern and the calculator provides recommended figures to both.
