System prevents wrong weld head being
fitted
Orbital weld head recognition system allows the power supply to recognise which weld head is fitted to the power supply so it will limit output and operation range to suit that weld head.
OrbiSmart is a protection system,which Orbimatic adds to all their equipment to ensure that customers who invest in the equipment do not have any unfortunate accidents during its life time OrbiSmart is a Weld Head Recognition System which allows the power supply to recognise which weld head is fitted to the Power Supply
The power supply will then limit the output and operation range of the power supply to suit the weld head fitted.
With OrbiSmart in place there is no chance of weld heads being used for the wrong application.
This will avoid a weld head being seriously damaged when the incorrect procedure is selected.
The Orbimat range of power supplies have an extensive weld head library and allow most common weld heads to be connect with no complicated procedures required.
