Range of sensors offer an RH probe mounted in a single housing or alternatively, a dual housing incorporating sensors for both temperature and humidity.

Orchard Process Controls have recently expanded their range of process controls to include RH sensors and temperature transmitters suitable for most industrial applications The new TRH range of sensors offer an RH probe mounted in a single housing or alternatively, a dual housing incorporating sensors for both temperature and humidity

The TRH sensors are available in two basic types, - a lower cost resistive unit and capacitive types offering higher accuracy and protection.

RH-ranges are available up to 100%, with output signals of 0/4-20mA.

Units are rated at IP54 or IP65.

The dual sensor modules offer a capacitive RH sensor, 0-100% RH combined with a Pt100 probe, which can measure temperatures over the range of -30 deg C to +70 deg C.

Supply voltage required for all models is 9-30Vdc.

In conjunction with the new range of RH/temperature probes, the EDV/ELV group of compact bright LED digital monitors and controllers has also been introduced specifically for use with the above sensors.

This new range offers 2 or 4 digit bright LED displays and are suitable for use with a wide range of inputs including thermocouple, Pt100, infra-red thermocouples, PTC, NTC sensors, mV, V and mA.

Controllers are available with up to 4 relays or SSR drive voltages outputs.

All models offer IP65 protection when panel mounted with gasket.
