Application runs on the Mazatrol 640 Fusion control to accept part based measurement data, analyse for tool offsets and automatically transfers any correction to the related tool offset.
Each of the machines in the cell are accessible from the single PC.
The user simply selects the machine on which they want to make offset adjustments.
An offset screen, similar to that on the CNC control is displayed.
For many controls, the current offset values in the wear table at the machine will be displayed, although this not all control makes will support this capability.
The user enters the changes they want to make and presses a "Send" button.
The offsets are sent to the machine and updated automatically in the background.
Installation is typically achieved using a customer supplied, Windows based PC.
The product will be available for shipment mid to late April.
