Quieter, more efficient motor/gearbox
units

New composite gear materials and profiles from Parvalux aim to reduce noise and increase gearbox efficiency

With an ever-expanding range of options and it is easy to see why Parvalux is now Europe's leading supplier of custom-built motor/gearbox units rated up to 300 watts The latest developments to the range include new composite gear materials and profiles to reduce noise and increase the gearbox efficiency

Because the latest helical cut gears provide a bigger point of contact, they are stronger, quieter and longer lasting than conventional gears.

These new materials are complimentary to the traditional phosphor bronze and steel gears, which are better suited to heavy-duty use or applications where the gearbox is subject to high shock loads.

The great strength of the Parvalux range is the huge choice of possible combinations and these include standard single or three phase induction motors, AC or DC commutator motors and permanent magnet or brushless DC motors.

These can be coupled to an extensive range of single worm, double worm, in-line Multi-Spur and Worm and Spur gearbox styles, which provide a choice of in-line or right angled output shafts.

Each Parvalux drive is individually engineered to provide consistent performance, reliability and long life.

With such a huge product range and application experience gained over 50 years, there is an energy efficient and cost effective solution for almost every application. Request a free brochure from Parvalux Electric Motors ...
