Following a significant investment in the latest high capacity CNC machines,a supplier of custom-built motor/gearboxes, can now supply special output motor spindles and gearbox shafts.

Following a significant investment in the latest high capacity CNC machines, Parvalux Electric Motors, Europe's leading supplier of custom-built motor/gearboxes up to 600w (intermittent rating), can further customise motor/gearbox assemblies to match the customer's requirements by supplying special output motor spindles and gearbox shafts Parvalux is using the speed and flexibility of the new machines to manufacture both standard and non-standard spindles and shafts, which are available in different lengths and diameters

There is also a choice of materials including EN1A standard, high tensile and stainless steel.

Additional features can be specified including threads, grooves, key-ways or other adaptations as required.

Special shafts add to the range of available options, which also include single or three phase induction motors, AC or DC commutator motors, permanent magnet DC motors and brushless DC motors.

These can be coupled to the Parvalux range of single worm, double worm, in-line multi-spur and worm and spur gearbox styles.

The result is over 100 million possible combinations covering a range of speeds from 18,000 rpm to one revolution per day and torques from 0.1Nm to 250Nm.
