SolutionsPT will undertake all the activities that are currently undertaken by Pantek .
With the signing of the new Wonderware "Star Plus Gold" Distribution Agreement contract, SolutionsPT has been authorised to conduct business under the brands of Wonderware United Kingdom and Wonderware Ireland, emphasising the closeness of the relationship between the two companies.
Both of these identities will be wholly owned within SolutionsPT, an operating company of the Pantek Group.
Managing Director of SolutionsPT, John Bailey, said: "The restructuring of the Company and the re-branding of Pantek allows the company to provide close-coupled business delivery with its key suppliers, especially Wonderware".

Bailey admitted that it was with some degree personal sadness that having celebrated its 20 year anniversary, and a uniquely successful WonderWorld User Conference in autumn 2006, that the Pantek Limited name had now to move on.
