High precision collets have bores down
to 0.2mm

* Substantial savings over earlier toolholder costs - the Rego-Fix toolholder and ETS collet / nut combination enabled substantial cost reductions in the customers toolholder purchasing costs, as they were less than 50% of the price charged by a Far Eastern manufacturer of toolholder who had previously supplied the end user.
* ETA and ETS range - down to 0.2mm bore collets - he Tecnopinz range of ETA and ETS collets extends from the ETA6 type, having a capacity of 0.20 to 2mm bores in 0.1 increments - giving maximum grip and concentricity's required to hold such small drills, reamers and other cutters.
The ETA6 and 8 require specific matching toolholders to accept the cone angle of the ETA range.
The ETA9 upwards can usually be mounted in ER / DIN6499 quality collet holders The ETS range offers clamping up to 26mm diameter capacity and fit ER / DIN6499 collet toolholders All the Tecnopinz collet and nut designs are of patented design.
A team of area managers, who are all experienced and qualified former production engineers, will help resolve toolholding requirements where high accuracy coupled with economic costs, are required.
