Dienst buy specialist equipment producer
Dienst Group buy German Top Load and Specialist Cartoning Machine manufacturer Vepatec
German Top load and specialist cartoning machine manufacturer Vepatec has recently been bought out by Dienst Verpackungstechnik located in Hochheim near Frankfurt Dienst who are a well established German manufacturer of end load cartoning systems, and high speed carton erectors added Vepatec and their range of machines to complement their own very succesful portfolio

Dienst's extensive range now includes a range of large pitch end load cartoners, including multi-axis servo driven modular design high speed end load and top load cartoners, to the well established Vepatec range of indexing rotary carton erectors and closers which are used for erecting many difficult and specialist carton types, typically used within the confectionary industry.
Dienst group will continue to manufacture the end load cartoners and high speed top load systems together with Turnkey lines at the company headquarters in Hochheim, and the newly created subsiduary, Vepatec Pack systems , will operate from the newly refurbished factory at Bodenheim.
