"Rapid implementation times and relatively low ongoing costs enabled customers to improve process efficiencies and increase productivity for a quick payback and ongoing benefits".
Nucleus Research conducted three independent ROI case studies on ImageNow deployments at AmFed, Citizens Memorial Healthcare and Fluent At AmFed, Mississippi's largest provider of insurance and insurance-related services, ImageNow replaced an inefficient, paper-based process.
utilising ImageNow, AmFed expedited its claims and bill review processes and reduced administrative overhead.
This resulted in an 81 percent annual ROI and a payback period of less than 17 months.
Citizens Memorial Healthcare (CMH), a fully integrated and nationally recognised healthcare system located in southern Missouri, sought a solution that would enable electronic storage and management of all medical records.
ImageNow eliminated the paper and storage costs associated with 1.75 million documents a year, and increased productivity for CMH's 1,350 clinicians.
This resulted in a 1,321 percent annual ROI and a payback period of one month.
Fluent, a leading supplier of computational fluid dynamics software and services, recognised a need for a standard document management system to support the organisation's international growth.
ImageNow improved processing and employee productivity, resulting in a 50 percent annual ROI and a payback period of just more than two years.
