Clinical cleanliness is achievable with a range of cleaning systems, which can be operated with all solvents that are currently permitted by law in Europe and elsewhere.

The standards for modern production procedures and clean parts are becoming increasingly more stringent Pero, who has been supplying the industry for the last 50 years with innovative equipment for the cleaning of surfaces and the degreasing of metal parts, offers a range of solutions that meet even the highest cleanliness requirements

With its vacuum cleaning units, the company with headquarters in Kandouml;nigsbrunn offers simply perfect cleanliness.

At the EuroBLECH 2006, Pero presented its V2 Universal unit, which is part of its vacuum cleaning machine range.

It is not only universal in name, but also in nature, as the machine can be used for a virtually unlimited range of cleaning applications.

It can be operated with CHC as well as HC media.

This secures your investment into the future, as the machine can be run with all conventional solvents.

Most parts manufacturers don't know yet in detail which parts they will have to clean in a few years time.

We all know though that certain materials, part shapes and types of contamination cannot be effectively treated with a universal detergent.

Manufacturers must nevertheless ensure that all products supplied to customers are properly cleaned and degreased.

In response to these requirements, we have developed a series of cleaning machines that can be operated with all solvents that are currently permitted by law in Europe and elsewhere.

The list of these solvents includes hydrocarbons, chlorinated hydrocarbons, fluorocarbons and modified alcohols.

The units fulfil all requirements as regards emission limits, fire safety and explosion protection.

All machines of the V series are delivered as fully assembled compact units.

Its processing chambers, cleaning baths, distillation unit, dryer, switch cabinet and base tray are integrated into a panelled frame construction.

All vessels of the V unit are under vacuum.

Thanks to the vacuum technology, all cleaning and distillation processes can be completed at low temperatures, which helps protect parts and save solvent.

Apart from this key feature, the V series machines allow for the emission-free drying of parts and chips, which obviously protects the environment but also reduces the solvent consumption of the unit.

The vacuum is continuously monitored, so that any leakage is detected immediately, giving you maximum safety.

Continuous distillation at an optimised rate ensures that the baths are always clean and also reduces the cycle times.

In the integrated residual distillation unit, solvent is separated from the removed grease and oil, so that these waste substances can be disposed of in a cost-effective manner.

As the solvent dripping from the cleaned parts is fed through filter systems to the storage tank, parts cannot be contaminated again by previously cleaned-off dirt particles.

The customer can thereby choose a filter size that meets the specific requirements of his cleaning tasks.

Thanks to the sophisticated programme structure with freely selectable goods movement at each processing step, operators can adjust the programmes to suit their tasks and thus reduce costs.

As the use of flammable solvents results in a combustible gas mixture, even when processed under vacuum, all units are designed according to stringent fire and explosion protection regulations.

Our special model for residual contamination conditions features electro-polished processing chambers and tanks, excellent filter technology, a user-friendly program structure and stainless steel panelling.

It meets all requirements regarding cleanroom conditions.

The basket size of the V2 model is 670 x 480 x 300mm.

The V0, which is the smallest unit of the series, caters for baskets of 380 x 220 x 200mm, while the baskets of the largest model, the V5, measure 1300 x 850 x 970mm (= Euro mesh box size).

All degreasing machines of the V series by Pero are available with up to three baths.

They all come with a full-flow filtering system and can be charged manually or automatically.

By installing the optional ultrasound unit, parts producers can further enhance the cleaning efficiency of the machine.
