Plastic stake assembly management buy
out
Management at Phasa Developments have purchased the business from its parent company, US-owned Truck-Lite Europe, and will trade under the new name of Phasa Limited.
It was announced today that a Management Buy Out Team comprising of Terry Elvidge, Dietmar Schafer (Germany) and Tony Woods purchased the trading name and assets of the Phasa Developments business from its parent US-owned Truck-Lite Europe to trade under the new name of Phasa Limited In announcing the purchase Tony Woods for the Buy Out team commented; "Phasa has recently found it difficult to fit within its Parent Group core business activities and we are now delighted to have this opportunity of developing and driving the Phasa brand of products forward to new levels of technical excellence and customer service
