This failsafe relay has both single and dual-channel operation and more besides: 3 N/O safety contacts and 1 N/C auxiliary contact provide the user with the option for E-Stop monitoring, safety gate monitoring or interfacing with light curtains having a semiconductor output.
In addition earth faults and faults in the safety circuit are detected, together with any faults in the E-Stop circuit.
It is also possible to increase the number of safety contacts by using expander modules or external contactors and the function of these external devices may be monitored via the feedback loop.
LEDs show channel status and presence of operating voltage.
There are 7 versions available, offering a range of both AC and DC operating voltages to suit your application requirements.
Furthermore there is the option of manual, automatic or monitored manual reset.
All in all this makes the PNOZ X4 an ideal solution to provide the highest level of safety and economics for your individual safety-related requirements.
