An RSS news feed provides all the news from the monthly Pilz Safety Update email newsletters but without it arriving via an email inbox - and without any risk of it being inadvertently blacklisted.
Archive of safety articles and information opened
Eleven issues of Pilz's 'Safety Update' e-mail newsletter are archived, and cover standards, legislation, risk assessment, training, products competency, case studies and online resources.
The company said that for some time the information has been accessible via a page on the Pilz website but now the list of HSE publications has been expanded to make it easier for those responsible for safety of packaging machinery, as well as the management of health and safety in the workplace, to find the guidance and other literature they need.
A total of 41 HSE publications are currently listed, which is almost three times as many as the original listing.
They cover a wide range of topics, from machinery safety, noise, vibration and personal protective equipment (PPE) to health and safety regulations, directors' and managers' responsibilities, slips, trips and falls, first aid and training.
Pilz added that the relevant section of its website will be continually updated as more HSE publications become available.
In addition to the HSE publications, other downloads available from the Pilz website include the Pilz Guide to Machinery Safety, the Pilz Guide to Programmable Safety Systems, the Pilz Safety Product Selector (previously known as the Pilz Interactive Guide), videos and demonstration software for the PNOZmulti modular safety controller.
There are also data sheets, operating manuals and application manuals for Pilz machinery safety products.
