Laser cutting firm appoints sales
manager
Laser cutting machine company Prima Industrie UK has appointed Paul Downs as sales manager for the UK and Ireland and he brings 19 years' of sheet metal machine industry experience.
Coventry-based laser cutting and automation equipment specialist Prima Industrie UK has strengthened its senior sales and marketing team with the appointment of Paul Downs as sales manager for the UK and Ireland With a 19-year pedigree of sheet metal machine tool sales backed by a wealth of welding and fabrication experience gained within the automotive and manufacturing sectors, Paul joins Prima with key responsibilities for developing sales of the company's profiling and multi-axis laser cutting and automation solutions in the Midlands and Ireland

Married with two children and currently living in Rugby, Warwickshire, Downs is a life-long rugby football fan.
He is both an active player and coaches the Rugby Lions under 17 rugby football team in his spare time.
