Envirowise reported that water is becoming an increasingly expensive resource with the average bill increase by UK water companies set at 18% over five years.

New integrations will include deeper interoperability between the demand, resource and financial management of Planview Enterprise and the BMC Remedy Change Management, BMC Atrium Configuration Management Database (CMDB), BMC Service Request Management and BMC Service Catalog solutions.
Initial implementations are expected to focus on consolidating analysis of IT staff time and management of initiatives and projects across the business service lifecycle, from development to operations and support.
