Oxide buildup prevented on tool heat
treatment
Helping to protect tools and parts from scale and oxide buildup during heat treating in atmospheric furnaces, a tool wrapping product is available at an even higher temperature.
Precision Brand Products, is expanding its Tool Wrap product line We now are offering a 24in wide Hi-Temp 309 Tool Wrap material
This new material will operate at 2240 degrees F allowing users a higher tempering option.
This new 309 material is 0.002in thick and will be stocked in 50 and 100ft lengths.
Tool Wrap helps protect tools and parts from scale and oxide buildup during heat treating in atmospheric furnaces.
Tool Wrap allows users the benefits of a vacuum furnace at a fraction of the cost.
Users also enjoy a much quicker turn-around time with this in-house heat treating option.
