Custom washers and shims with true metric sized ID's ad OD's can now be made quickly and accurately with a 'true' metric punch set.

Custom washers and shims with true metric sized I.D.'s ad O.D.'s can now be made quickly and accurately with the Precision Brand* "Metric 10" TruPunch (UPC No 40300) self-centering punch and die set

This newest TruPunch is the only set to offer users 10 true metric size punches.

All TruPunch sets have a unique patented, self-centering pilot that guarantees perfect alignment and makes it virtually impossible to made a mistake! Just punch the inside hole, insert the matching pilot into the tip of the outside punch, and then punch the outside hole to make a perfectly concentric washer.

The "Metric 10" TruPunch* contains ten O.D.

sizes: 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 7mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 16mm and 20mm; and nine I.D.

sizes: 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 7mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, and 16mm.

This set is able to produce 44 different shim combinations.

The "Metric 10in TruPunch* will cut brass, copper, aluminum, rubber and plastic up to.025in/.635mm thick, stainless steel and blue tempered shim up to.010in/.25mm thick.

The base, top and punches are made of hardened and ground A-2 tool steel.

The set comes packaged in a durable plastic case.
