Jaguar takes over press shop management
Polynorm and Jaguar Cars have reached final agreement on the transfer to Jaguar of management of the Press Shop at Jaguar's Castle Bromwich premises.
The Board of Management of Polynorm - 100% shareholder of PolynormStadco's Castle Bromwich Pressings company (CBP) - and Jaguar Cars have reached final agreement on the transfer to Jaguar of management of the Press Shop at Jaguar's Castle Bromwich premises CBP has been entirely responsible for bringing this facility to full production capability

Now the transfer has been successfully executed, Jaguar has taken over all responsibility for the employment of CBP employees at the Press Shop to comply fully with the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations.
Jaguar has also acquired substantially all of CBP's existing assets employed in the Press Shop operations.
