High speed, large capacity composite gantry machines are designed for composite machining applications and can be configured to accept CNC programs direct from CAD profile data The type LCHSG machines' modular construction allows machining envelopes from 3000mm x 1000mm x 800mm up to and beyond 12,000mm x 2000mm x 1000mm

Supplied as basic 3 axis mills or full 5 axis types, the LCHSG machines can be equipped with single spindle, or alternatively, with twin spindles and additional axes.

Spindles are high speed with power from 6kW and maximum speeds from 15,000 to 30,000 rpm with HSK tool holding provide flexible fast machining.

With a fixed working table the machines can have single or multi part loading Dependent on the the machine arrangement and software, the possibility exists to ship the CNC program direct from the CAD profile data to produce the desired accurate finished part.

The design incorporates the latest high speed linear guideway with a sealed bearing system.

The economical machine offers the consideration of transferring previous hand type finished part work onto the machine to increase productivity and accuracy.
