Featuring fewer moving parts than traditional pail labelers, the Langguth E32 is easy to operate and maintain.

With its unique label application method, the Langguth E32 positions labels more accurately and adheres labels more tightly to produce superior labeled pails.

The Langguth E32 labels round, square or oval pails, empty or filled, made of plastic or metal from 2 to 5 gallons in size at speeds up to 25 containers per minute.

The adjustable label magazine, which accommodates any size label up to 60% of the pail circumference, allows an operator to make a label size change in only one minute with no change parts and no tools required.

Holding up to 2500 labels at a time, the large magazine frees operators from continuously loading the labeler.

Designed for superior accuracy, the Langguth E32 features a self-adjusting clutch and stop function to maintain precision at the label pick-up station.

Priority One guarantees horizontal and vertical label placement within +/-0.04in.

The label is pressed into position using a pair of rubber wipers that stretch and tighten the label as it is 'squeezed' onto the pail.

This unique application method produces pressure to the edges and corners of each label for improved label adhesion and better pail appearance.

The labeler features an air blow system that separates the labels in the magazine.

The magazine is positioned away from the glue system to eliminate drops of glue reaching the labels in the magazine, thus reducing label loss and improving labeling efficiencies.

The Langguth E32 features an intuitive touch screen control panel.

Error messages indicating events such as back up from the filler and line stop are displayed on the operator control panel.

Additionally, Priority One can enable remote access to the PLC-controlled labeler via an optional Ethernet connection.
