Photonic Products has extended its' product range and is offering lower prices on thermo-electrically cooled, (TEC), laser diode modules which offer exceptional wavelength and power stability, (better than 1%), greatly increased pointing accuracy and significantly extended laser diode lifetime The new TEC laser diode modules in the blue region of the spectrum produce elliptical output beams and output powers of 50mW at 405nm, 15mW at 440nm and 4mW at 473nm
