Having graduated with a B Sc in Applied Physics, he initially worked as a hands-on sales engineer in the manufacture of holographic diffraction gratings, before moving into sales management and has subsequently held senior sales positions with both Melles Griot and Linos Photonics.
Over the last five years, Photonic Products' revenues have grown at a compound annual growth rate of 32% in response to worldwide customer demand for its laser diodes, laser modules and optical components and, more recently, the company has invested in CNC manufacturing technology to increase production capacity and improve overall productivity.
