Precision dosing pump on display
ProMinent Fluid Controls' Delta precision dosing pump features the novel 'optoDrive' controlled solenoid drive system, which provides flexible dosing capabilities.
The ConceptPlus series has dosing heads in PPE (polypropylene/ EPPM) or NPB (acrylic/PVC/FPMB) and has a capacity range of 0.6 l/h -10 bar to 4 l/h - 7 bar.
Dosing can be continuously manually controlled between 10 percent and 100 percent by adjusting the pump stroke length with an additional 4 settings for the stroke frequency.
This allows an overall adjustment ratio of 1:40.
In addition to manual control, an external control kit is also available.
Completely field retrofittable, this allows the pump to be set up for use via zero volts contacts, for example when used in conjunction with a flow meter or a metering and control system.
A float switch retrofit kit is also available for use with float switch connections.
Accessories available for the ConceptPlus include a foot valve, injection valve, a 2m suction line and 5m discharge tubing.
