Maintenance departments get audit by email
Perspective CMMS, a maintenance management consultancy based in Scotland, has recently launched an innovative new "audit by email" service for maintenance departments.
It is designed to assist manufacturing, facilities, plant and maintenance managers who are looking for CMMS software.
Perspective's Principal Consultant, Bryan Weir, said that this new arrangement would now benefit even more clients.
He also said, "We used to email the form to clients but now all we need do is provide them with a link to the online form.
They logon, input their data and we analyse it and recommend their solution.
Dead simple! We have spent some time developing this requirements audit and we feel that it is now just about right.
We shall however continue to respond to suggestions from users." Users log on to the four-part form, complete it then submit it.
The complete process should take no more than about thirty minutes but each part can be submitted individually, making the process more convenient for people whose time is at a premium.
Weir said, "There is now no need for companies to get in a sweat about CMMS selection when we can do this for them for nothing.
This process guarantees a solution that matches the client's requirements.
