Datatrack provides traceability for Staub

A PSL Datatrack product story

PSL has introduced the Datatrack system, which provides traceability for one-step sub-contract engineering companies.

PSL's Datatrack features paperwork and user screens that can be modified to customer requirements.

Job records are linked and documentation is automated.

Any one-step sub-contract engineering company that provides precision engineering, fabrication and finishing services can benefit from the flexibility and versatility of PSL Datatrack's system.

Staub Engineering, which carries out precision engineering and fabrication work on mild/stainless steels and aluminium, invested in Datatrack to help maintain its ISO 9001 accreditation.

Roger Day, managing director of Staub, said: 'The system offers traceability, flags up if it needs a certificate of conformity and allows us to collaborate effectively with our clients.

'Datatrack does everything we would expect of an ERP or MRP system, only better and much more in keeping with a subcontract business.
