Packaging Automation converted a machine designed and built to handle liquids so it could cope with a dry product.
The machine joins the line-up of equipment developed by the company in response to market demand for flexible filling equipment.
All of the machines in the Fastfill range are designed to seal pre-cut or reel fed film and foil lids, said the company.
The Fastfill100 will be of interest to show visitors looking for a quality packing system for a range of liquid foods including drinks, yoghurts, cream, sauces, dips, soups, and liquid desserts, believes the company.

Rapidly expanding Katsouris Fresh Foods is rising to the challenge of demand for its heat sealed food products with investment in Packaging Automation's equipment.
The machine is also said to be versatile enough to be used for dry products, such as cereals, nuts and confectionery.
Pots up to 130mm in diameter and 140mm deep can be accommodated, with a touch screen storing up to 50 recipe programs that can be recalled for product changes.
The machine's design and control features ensure accuracy and increased productivity, added Packaging Automation.
The Fastfill40, which, according to Packaging Automation, has created significant demand since its launch at last year's PPMA show, will also be on display.
The claimed low-cost machine, like the higher specification Fastfill100, is manufactured in stainless steel.
A number of Packaging Automation's tray sealing machines will also be exhibited, including the Vision 400, a fully-automatic, high speed tray sealer offering atmospheric, MAP-F, MAP-V and high oxygen flushing for meat, poultry, seafood, vegetables and convenience foods.
The Vision 400 is already in use throughout the food industry with customers impressed by its compact dimensions, two minute tooling changes and its control systems.
It is capable of sealing plain or printed film to CPET, APET, aluminium foil, polypropylene, PVC and board, claimed the company.
The Vision 400 has a maximum speed of 21 cycles per minute.
Packaging Automation's PA182 semi-automatic hand-turned rotary table machine, known as the workhorse of the PA hire fleet.
Its design and reliability mean reduced downtime and it is easy to use and clean.
It can accommodate trays up to 100mm deep and tools can be changed in just two minutes, according to the company.
Packaging Automation's sales manager Neil Ashton said: "The launch of the Fastfill100 completes phase one of a five-year strategy of offering a customer-driven approach that addresses the failings of the current range of machines on the market.
We are confident it, along with the impressive range of machines on our stand, will attract the interest of many visitors at PPMA.".
