Behavioural safety is a complex problem and not a quick fix according to UK-based training consultancy Pivotal Performance.

UK-based training consultancy Pivotal Performance invites those attending the Safety and health exhibition to behave safely on their stand Pivotal Performance, based in Kettering, Northants, proposes that behavioural safety is a complex problem and not a quick fix

Pivotal take a holistic view of the issue and have an approach that incorporates both health and safety consultancy and training with organisational change, leadership development and coaching.

The approach has attracted interest from a number of professionals within the industry and is now in practise with a number of organisations.

To emphasise the importance of behaviour in safety performance, Pivotal will approach the issue with a fun, interactive stand that raises the point of how easy unsafe behaviour is, and it's potential impact.

Pivotal will be exhibiting on stand X33 at the exhibition which takes place at the NEC from 22-24 May.
