The cigar company used to support the Production of cigars with customised applications that required a significant amount of manual data entry as well as conversion.
As a result the Process was very time consuming, and additionally, errors were easily made.
Steady company growth led to a situation where the existing fragmented software could no longer support the scale of the company.
After an evaluation of the market, the company selected QAD Global Enterprise Edition (GXE) solution.
