Cleaning product loosens and removes oxidation products in hydraulic oil systems and improves system efficiency - the products are held in suspension until the system is drained.

Over time all mineral oils will oxidise Mineral oil oxidation results in the formation of organic acids, alcohols, ketones and aldehydes most of which are soluble in the oil and increase acidity and viscosity

In time some of the compounds may form insoluble gums, sludge and varnish causing sluggish operation and blockages of valves, nozzles and actuators in hydraulic oil systems.

Q-clean NOS removes these oxidation products and improves system efficiency.

These oxidation products are loosened and held in suspension until the system is drained.

The cleaning action of Q-clean NOS occurs during machine operation, therefore system operation is maximised.

For new hydraulic systems which may have been flushed with rust preventive or lower grade hydraulic oil a 3%, by volume, addition of Q-clean NOS to the initial fill of hydraulic oil will aid smooth operation.
