Micro filters enable grinding waste
recycling
A micro-filtration system allows grinding companies, particularly hard metal grinding, to sell waste back to the manufacturers for recycling into material production.
QSCD, suppliers of the Micromag filtration units to the metalcutting industry, can demonstrate how the relatively low cost in purchasing a Micromag unit is quickly recouped Due to the near dry quality of the swarf removed from the Micromag, manufacturers are easily able to separate waste streams without the need to place in a communal skip for processing by a waste contractor

Cleaning product loosens and removes oxidation products in hydraulic oil systems and improves system efficiency - the products are held in suspension until the system is drained.
Grinding companies, particularly hard metal grinding, are able to sell their waste back to the manufacturers for recycling into material production.
Combined with the sub micron filtering capability the Micromag removes metallic swarf that otherwise bypasses conventional methods of filtration.
Component surface finish and tool life are improved, metalworking fluid life is prolonged and maintenance down time is minimized and with no actual consumable parts to replace environmental impact is effectively reduced to zero.
The Micromag is an extremely cost effective and innovative unit which benefits from the moment it starts to filter.
