Professor Daniel Kofman is a world-renowned expert in new networking technologies and telecommunications systems.
He holds a doctorate with highest honours from ENST (Ecole Nationale Superieure des Telecommunications) in Paris, where he taught and conducted research for thirteen years.
He has also headed ENST's Networks, Mobility and Security Research Group and is the scientific coordinator of the European Network of Excellence Euro-NGI and chairman of its steering board.
His primary area of expertise is present and future network architecture design and engineering, traffic engineering and modelling for performance evaluation and optimisation.
