CNC punch press FMS contract awarded
Rainer UK has just secured an order for a New Rainer PRO 15-25 with a full FMS system valued at GBP 350,000.
Rainer UK of Sandbach, which specialises in the manufacture of high speed hydraulic punch press centres and automation systems, has just secured an order for a New Rainer PRO 15-25 with a full FMS system valued at GBP 350,000 The machine was ordered by Ebbs and Dale of Kings Lynn and is its second Rainer purchase in the last two years
The PRO 15-25 is designed for full automation i.e parts selection, load and unload.
It has a 2542 x 1564mm work area, has a 300kN rating, for both conventional punching and Upform punching of deep forms, 6 index stations, 2 of which are 114mm E stations, together with a double Y axis system and a 1000 x 1100mm work chute.
