Rainer UK have just secured a order worth in excess of GBP 375,000 for the most advanced machine within the range.

The machine has a capacity of 3048mm x 1564mm before repostioning and uses linear drive technology on the X axis.

Fast travel rate is up to 228m/min using the latest drive supplied and developed by Siemens.

Rainer are currently the only manufacturer to implement this technology on a stand alone punching machine and feel that other manufacturers will follow very shortly.

The turret is a standard thick turret type featuring 11 auto index stations five of which are B station multitools and can all index.

Two E Stations 114mm increase the slitting capabilities and forming capacity.

Indexable forming and bending, including two tapping stations, make this machine a full fabrication centre.

Equipped with a fully programmable work chute the largest in the industry of 1000mm x 1100mm and six position staking using a self levelling hydraulic table take the machine that one step further.

A simple load/ unload system is also featured in this specification making unmanned operation simple and effective.

The company IAE who manufacture agricultural farming accessories looked at almost every machine before they finalised this specification and struck the deal.

Technical features certainly needed to reliable and able to take the production forward.
