A conveyor-based cleaning system is designed to offer a centralised operation or a cell-based wash where in-line through transfer of components for all small parts washing.

The conveyor-based Washmaster Compact (WMC) cleaning system from Ransohoff plc is designed to meet the needs of a wide variety of users Whether it is a centralised operation or a cell-based wash where in-line through transfer of components is required, Washmaster provides the solution for all small parts washing

A modular construction enables the machine to meet custom requirements across a number of different industries.

Infinite combinations can be achieved, ranging from a simple wash-only cycle through to a multiple stage operation incorporating phosphate-rinse-wash-rinse-dry and cool.

The conveyor-driven Washmaster WMC provides a much needed competitive edge when high performance and high efficiency are top priorities.

To ensure reliability with low maintenance, all of the Washmaster WMC's wetted areas are constructed from 304 stainless steel, while non-contact items which includes the base, are manufactured from heavy-duty mild steel box section.

To keep spares inventory to a minimum, motors, heaters and other components are standardised wherever possible.

The user flexibility achieved by the modular nature of the construction is further enhanced with conveyor width choices of 200, 300, 400, 500 or 600mm.

The conveyor speed is also variable between 200 and 600mm/min and loads up to 125kg can be accommodated.

Tank capacities up to 285 litres are available for both the wash and rinse sections and a fully insulated tank ensures that the temperature of the wash solution is maintained at optimum level, between 60 and 65degC, for as long as possible.

This minimises use of the immersion heaters, allowing maximum power efficiency to be achieved.

An impressive list of standard features, including in-line filter, stainless steel pumps, adjustable spray jets and a Mitsubishi PLC with integrated control panel, is complemented by a range of optional accessories.

These include a stainless steel skimmer, an inter-stage air knife, timers, a proximity switch at discharge and an automatic detergent dosing unit.
