Having supplied manufacturers with advanced industrial washing, cleaning and degreasing machinery for over 55 years, Ransohoff, formally Tempest and Dibb, can rightfully claim to have extensive experience in meeting customers needs.
This is why, as well as having a comprehensive range of standard machines that fit the majority of industrial applications, the company can also design and manufacture special machines for clients that require a bespoke solution based on aqueous spray/immersion cleaning together with ultrasonic systems.
Whilst it is not unusual for companies to offer customised solutions, many simply modify a standard machine, creating little more than a compromise in many instances.
With their comprehensive in-house design facilities, however, Ransohoff offer 3D solid modelling and render packages enabling a visual concept of the unit at the design stage.
Truly bespoke machines can thus be created, dedicated to processing specific components.
