The development of a new, waterbased acrylic conductive adhesive provides a low cost alternative to the more expensive and often cumbersome conductive adhesives.

The development of a new, waterbased acrylic conductive adhesive provides a low cost alternative to the more expensive and often cumbersome conductive adhesives currently used in electronic assemblies.

WB-5010 is a Waterbased acrylic adhesive formulation which is based on silver.

The material offers superior conductivity with an electrical resistivity value of 1 x 10(-4)ohm-cm.

This single part adhesive offers ease of use with no mixing required and a room temperature fixture time of 60 minutes.

WB-5010 was designed for use in applications requiring conductive electrical connections but which conventional soldering techniques are impractical.

The material offers superior adhesion between similar and dissimilar substrates including aluminum, copper, steel, nickel, Ceramic, Glass, Phenolic, and G-10 epoxy glass boards.

Without sacrificing performance, WB-5010 offers significant cost savings when compared to traditional epoxy based conductive adhesives.
