Displacement transducer measures round
corners
Using a draw-wire principle, transducer body is bolted to the point of reference allowing the plastic-coated draw wire to be extended and attached to the moving part of the system.
Accurately measuring the displacement from a fixed point could not be easier than with the DWT transducer from RDP Electronics Using a draw-wire principle, the DWT transducer body is simply bolted to the point of reference allowing the plastic-coated draw wire to be extended and attached to the moving part of the system
Measurements can be made point-to-point or even around corners for displacements from a maximum of 600mm up to 3.5m, all combined with a high degree of accuracy.
Special versions are available for measurement ranges up to 100mm or 7.5m.
DWT is available in two designs of housing, with a standard version for general internal use and a sealed housing where a greater degree of environmental protection is called for.
The transducers also offer a variety of outputs including 4-20mA, 0-10V DC.
With an LCD display available as an option. Request a free brochure from RDP Electronics ...
