New PET Tooling Brochure Launch At Plastpol

R and D Tool and Engineering, producers of tooling for the PET packaging sector, will launch its group brochure at Plastpol 2005 in Kielce (Poland) from May 31 - June 3.

The brochure will also be seen for the first time in the USA at R and D's first in-house technical seminar at the group's headquarters in Lee's Summit, Missouri, June 7-9.

R and D said that supports global plastic packaging in such areas as food and beverages, cosmetics, household and personal care products, focusing on PET containers.

The company is present in USA, UK, France, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Turkey and South Africa.

Its range of products includes one-stage and two-stage injection stretch blow mould tooling, preform moulds, injection blow mould tooling, extrusion blow moulds, injection moulds and a proprietary hot runner system known as Genesis.

R and D has also announced that it is to sponsor the 2005 Bottled Water World design awards and the company will also be exhibiting at PETpoint 2005 (Munich) September 12-17, which is being staged alongside Drinktec 2005 and will be involved in the PET World Congress that will run alongside PETpoint.
