Load bank simplifies equipment testing
Designed for testing equipment under load, a new variable resistor load bank has fixed stages connected in parallel and switched in, with an adjustable stage for fine trimming.
It is intended to help users, installers and sales personnel to understand some of the potential problems associated with VSDs and solutions to them.
In particular, it examines the use of filters, reactors and resistors in conjunction with VSDs to match the requirements of specific applications within the classifications of Industrial, Class A and Light Industrial and Domestic, Class B.
The Guide also provides an overview of electromagnetic compatibility regarding 'immunity' and 'emissions' with regard to relevant European Directives/Standards, plus an explanation of Harmonics, and their causes.
There are diagrams and illustrations throughout the Guide to support the text. Request a free brochure from REO (UK) ...
