The Rofin Group's Laser Marking division will be showing off an innovative laser labelling system at Tube 2006 exhibition, Dusseldorf, Germany, 24-28 April The EasyMark has a wavelength of 1064nm, making it the perfect solution for various applications in the metal industry

For the customer, this means real ease of use, low maintenance and a generous working area.

The simple controls on the laser are complemented by a focussing and positioning guide which enables quick positioning of the components for exact marking.

The 100V to 240V connection and integrated thermo-electric cooling system guarantee the laser is quick and easy to use without additional equipment.

The system can be supplied with external extraction in order to remove particulates or odors from the working area.

There is an option to integrate an adjustable Z-axis to offer an additional level of flexibility.

The Z-axis is supplied with a 'T' groove plate in order to provide quick and easy fixture changes.

By installing an automatic turning axis with a quick-tensioning device, cylindrical components can be marked inside and out if required.

The system is categorized as a class 1 laser product and fulfils all the relevant safety requirements, so it can be put to use straightaway. Request a free brochure from Rofin-Baasel UK ...
