Can End Plant To Close In USA
Rexam, the global consumer packaging manufacturer, has announced that it will be closing its aluminium can end manufacturing plant in San Leandro, California.
Rexam, the global consumer packaging manufacturer, has announced that it will be closing its aluminium can end manufacturing plant in San Leandro, California The move is being made to bring the firm's beverage can and end making capacity into line with market demand
The plant, which employs 80 people and manufactures 5.5 billion ends per year, will close on February 8, 2004.
