Vacuum pumps and compressors kept going
Following a market research study of its pump customer database, Rietschle (UK), is introducing a 24-hour Gold Breakdown Service.
Three pump cabinets house a selection of vacuum pumps and compressors, utilising Rietschle's highly efficient claw technology, and frictionless radial blower designs.
With this demand-controlled air and vacuum supply, energy costs are drastically reduced.
The availability of the press is increased, thanks to reduced make-ready times, and the online pump and frequency converter maintenance information.
Maintenance costs are kept low, partly by the use of non-contact pumps and the smoothed operation offered by speed control; and partly by the increased reliability of pumps and frequency converters in a temperature controlled environment.
